A San Francisco Native, 4-sport Varsity Athlete, and Guys & Dolls actor in high-school, Marcus C. Musante graduated from Boston University, with a degree in Mass Communication, and specific-concentrations in public affairs and political science. While at BU, Marcus was also a collegiate champion ballroom/dancesport champion.

Mr. Musante attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, a school known for their Trial preparation curriculum. While in school, he interned for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office (Hardcore Gang Unit), The San Francisco District Attorney’s Office (Youngest, at the time, to go on the record in a Homicide Case), and The Los Angeles Federal Public Defender’s Office. After 7.5 years as a Trial Deputy District Attorney, Marcus left for the other, and more complicated, side of the law, where business-skill and customer service also comes into play.

A previous advocate for criminal-justice-reform, Marcus entered the race for Los Angeles District Attorney, made a run for difference in Compton for Congress, and was asked to stay and run for City Attorney. Too honest for politics, Mr. Musante does note that things have gotten worse, and more divided, both in America and within the blue-team. As has the criminal-justice-system.

Mr. Musante also brings his Legal & Courtroom skills to plaintiff (and defense) Civil Cases.

Other than focusing on his serious work, Marc dances, walks, reads, searches, travels, interacts with dogs, and practices all upcoming voir dire.

Like you, Marcus has also experienced plenty of those peaks and valleys in life, necessary for true representation. He has experienced the mysterious, met the suspicious, discovered certain secrets, and has the legal background/determination to get the right result.
